Booking and Cancellation Policy
To reserve your stay or event at Domains Grand Cru, please provide a valid credit card number. We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance for a full refund. After this period, deposits will be forfeited if the booking is canceled. We understand that plans can change, so please reach out to our team to discuss any special circumstances, and we will try to accommodate you.

All guests are responsible for their actions during their visit. We encourage you to treat our property, staff, and fellow guests with respect and courtesy. Please observe designated areas, follow safety guidelines, and refrain from any disruptive behaviors. Violations of these terms could result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
